[Ietf-keyprov] 4-pass CT-KIP now published as an RFC

Dear All,

This is just to let you know that the 4-pass version of CT-KIP now has
been published as RFC 4758. It is a slightly revised version of CT-KIP
Version 1.0, the revisions are editorial (+ a few clarifications/additions
in the HTTP binding section).
