[Ietf-keyprov] Location for KEYPROV bar bof

[Hallam-Baker, Phillip]

There is a large hall opposite the noticeboard where they serve refreshments at the coffee break. It has large numbers of tables. I suggest that we try to grab one of the larger tables earlier in the afternoon and meet there.
 
I will also put a note on the noticeboard.
 
The noticeboard is immediately before the registration desk which is on the 5th floor and has many signs announcing it.
