Ming, Here are additional edits and comments to the October
11th draft. Please incorporate as appropriate into the final draft.
Although many changes have been made since the August version,
the document still needs additional work and revisions for clarity and
consistency.
Thanks,
Salah

Feedback on Provisioning Protocol spec....
Due to the large number of edits and comments I have made the
changes within the document. Please incorporate as appropriate.
In general my feeling is that this document needs additional
work to make it easier on the reader and provide additional clarity in
describing the use cases, the protocol, the messages, and the message
detail. My assessment is that we need at least another round of review
and possibly a face-to-face meeting to go over this document in detail.
I did not attempt to proof or test the XML schema or examples.
Thanks,
Kevin

Subject: Updated provisioning doc (RE: OATH Provisioning call
Jul 31: minutes)
Attached please find updated provisioning doc. This version
includes the following changes:
1. Added a new use case where an outsourced credential issue
acquires credentials for its users through its proxy to outsourcing
service provider.
This is a new use case that is needed for token sharing service
provider model such as VeriSign VIP service. See use case #5.
2. Re-indexed the use case list, removed the unsupported use
case about credential upload, and split the lifecycle management case to
other cases for specific need
3. Expanded section about "Client authentication" to discuss the
new case support and out of band authentication need.
4. Made AuthenticationToken optional in GetSharedSecret request
to allow out of band authentication.
5. Corrected typo about "Nouce" ("Nonce")
Thanks Stu and Shuh for their suggestions in this morning's conf
call.
Please review. Your suggestions and comments are appreciated.
