[Ietf-keyprov] user PIN policy. Was: New version of the draft of Portable Symmetric KeyContainer

I may have read the I-D too quick but I could not find a way to specify a PIN code policy except "on" or "off".
 
If it is the user who is going to assign a PIN (it is?), I guess the issuer would like to say something about the rules for that PIN.
