[Ietf-keyprov] Resubmit your drafts, please!

Could you please help me and be a bit more specific in terms of the process.

I am the editor and one of the authors of the portable symmetric key
container draft. Previously the editor was Apostol Vassilev and the draft
was named:

draft-vassilev-portable-symmetric-key-container-02.txt

So you are suggesting to re-submit to ietf the last version of the draft but
in form of:

draft-hoyer-keyprov-portable-symmetric-key-container-02.txt

Is this correct?

Or should we re-set the version of the draft to -00 since it is now known
under a different name?
