[Ietf-keyprov] Resubmit your drafts, please!

Hi Phillip,

whenever the draft name changes you have to start with a -00. The 
deadline for submitting -00 drafts is February 26.

Whether you use 
draft-hoyer-keyprov-portable-symmetric-key-container-00.txt or 
draft-vassilev-keyprov-portable-symmetric-key-container-00.txt is 
basically up to you. If Apostol does not appear as draft co-author 
anymore then 
draft-vassilev-keyprov-portable-symmetric-key-container-00.txt  is 
inappropriate.

As soon as the working group accepts one of the documents as working group documents they will become draft-ietf-keyprov-... and the numbering starts with 00 again.
