[Ietf-keyprov] Looking for a Working Group Secretary

Hi all,

in a discussion with Phillip we agreed that it would be good to have a 
secretary for the working group. This helps the working group, the 
chairs and also the person itself that volunteers todo this job to 
become more familiar with the IETF processes.

What are the tasks of a WG secretary?

The tasks are to
* prepare the WG meeting (e.g., help with the agenda, collect and upload 
slides)
* provide support during the IETF meeting (blue sheets, picking the 
meeting minute takers, selecting Jabber scribes)
* compile meeting minutes shortly after the meeting
* summarizing mailing list discussions, if necessary
